About Me
My name is Lena Harrison, a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT #4325-226) based in Wisconsin. I earned my M.A. in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and I practice under the supervision of a licensed clinician to ensure high standards of care and ongoing clinical growth.
I believe that meaningful healing begins in spaces that feel safe, respectful, and paced to the nervous system. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational care, with a deep respect for each person’s story and lived experience.

Faith Sensitive Counseling
My background includes training in pastoral counseling, which allows me to thoughtfully integrate spiritual or faith-based perspectives into therapy when clients request it. For some, faith is an important part of how they make sense of their experiences and find strength during difficult seasons. When desired, we can gently explore these themes in a way that supports emotional health and nervous system safety.
Faith is never assumed, required, or directed in therapy. My approach remains respectful, trauma-informed, and centered on your goals and values. Whether or not spirituality is part of our work together, counseling is offered as a supportive space for reflection, healing, and growth.
